Additional charges

The minimum rental amount is €35+21% VAT. €

20€ for emergency services, weekends and holidays, deliveries and collections between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

For your safety, we cannot install car seats. However, if we can teach you how to do it.

Changes or cancellations of the agreed rental conditions with less than 48 hours of the delivery time are subject to a charge of 30 euros.

What happens if any of the items is damaged, lost or stolen?

If it’s just simple scratches, don’t worry; but if the damage affects the use or its proper functioning, you will have to bear the expenses caused by the repair or replacement of the item, whichever is cheaper.

In the case of theft, you must go to the police station to file a report and contact us as soon as possible.

If you lose an item that you have reserved, you will have to pay the price of its replacement.

Bail

The rental of items requires a deposit, which varies depending on the item you want to rent. The deposit must be delivered at the time of receiving the item.

The deposit is refunded when the item is returned in the agreed conditions.

In the event that the rented item is damaged, the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from said deposit. In the case of theft or loss, the amount that involves the replacement of the same must be paid.

Personal information

The data provided to EasyTravelKids will be for the exclusive use of EasyTravelKids. The data residing in this portal will not be provided to third parties. Except, before a court order.

Are rental items safe?

All Easytravelkids items are insured and fully trusted. They come from well-known brands, committed to the safety of all their products. In addition, before being rented, they have been completely checked and sanitized.

What condition are our items in?

All Easytravelkids children’s items come from distributors of the leading childcare brands. They are insured and sanitized before each rental. They are previously checked to verify that they are in perfect condition and that they work correctly.

Can I travel with the products that are rented in EasyTravelKids?

Our products are exclusively for use in Barcelona or surroundings. Its use for travel is not allowed.

How to book?
